Crash Test oscille entre cinéma d’art et film noir, nous plongeant dans le parcours controversé de l’artiste russe Pyotr Pavlensky. Centré sur Pornopolitique, son œuvre pornographique mettant en scène des politiciens et des fonctionnaires, le film a agité les sphères médiatique, politique et sociale en France, jusqu’à ce que Pavlensky soit convoqué devant un tribunal parisien le 28 juin 2023. Au cœur de Crash Test se trouve une interview poignante de Pavlensky lui-même, où il défend ardemment sa position artistique, transformant le film en une confrontation directe avec l’État, une exploration des mécanismes du pouvoir et un manifeste pour la liberté artistique.

Mina Angela Ighnatova was born in Havana, Cuba. She spent her childhood in Sofia, Bulgaria where she studied French literature and civilization. In 1997 she moved to Paris, France, where she obtained a master’s degree in Art history at Sorbonne University specializing in contemporary art and photography. She works as a professional photographer and has been a regular collaborator journalist/director of the TV show Tracks on ARTE TV.
