Fernanda is a screenwriter, director and script consultant, undergoing a Master’s Degree in Visual Anthropology and living between São Paulo and Lisbon. Her second feature film, The Last Summer, is in post-production after being selected for the Script Station at the Berlinale. She is part of the Torino Script Lab 2023 as a Story Editor. She has developed, directed and written for TV, streaming and cinema. She is the screenwriter of the feature film Mosquito, winner of the Critics Prize at the São Paulo International Film Festival and opening film at the Rotterdam International Film Festival. She is one of the founders and vice president of MUTIM, the first women’s association in the movie sector in Portugal. She is a mother and an amateur percussionist.
