Andrew Milne Dreams of Machines

A visually striking and fast-paced portrait of Winnipeg artist and designer Andrew Milne. Working in the fields of new media, film, photography and performance, Milne digitally constructs kinetic machines. The film explores the philosophy of this boundlessly imaginative artist who is obsessed with machines, who pushes the limits of mechanical art with his zoetropes and giant camera obscura. He is the founder of the Museum of New Ideas, a mobile media art exhibition and studio space.
