Michel Wenzer
Critically acclaimed director and composer Michel Wenzer made his debut with the short Three Poems by Spoon Jackson (2003) a short that laid the foundation to his award-winning feature documentary At Night I Fly (2011). At Night I Fly’s intimate documentation of life time prisoners at New Folsom Prison shows the artistic and human journey these men take, as well as the need that fuels it and the beauty and pain encountered along the way. The film was awarded the Swedish Film Awards Guldbagge in 2012.
