Le grand rêve du Petit Champlain
Isabelle De Blois
An inside look at the renovation of the Petit-Champlain neighbourhood in the Old City of Quebec, from the perspective of those involved. This architectural, artistic, historical and social adventure was initiated by two visionaries, two dreamers: businessman Gérard Paris and architect Jacques de Blois, the father of the film’s director. Will this neighbourhood — named after the street of the same name, the oldest commercial artery in North America — become Quebec City’s first eco-neighbourhood?
