Musician Tomas Jensen returns to Buenos Aires, Argentina, after nearly 40 years in exile, his family having fled the military dictatorship in 1976. He reconnects with relatives, visits childhood haunts and carefully unearths fragments of his family history. It’s an emotional journey. He meets musicians from today’s vibrant music scene in Argentina and takes them into the studio to record an album that they subsequently perform on stage. He returns to his roots and the sounds of his childhood.
