World-famous for his painting The Cry, Edvard Munch is the painter of emotions, which he knew how to express with unparalleled power. The film explores its journey through the prism of nature, which has nourished all its work, literally first through the Norwegian landscapes of its beginnings, symbolically to accentuate the expression of human feelings, and then metaphorically as a representation of the life cycle.
