Join the members of the theatre troupe KamaK. Through the eyes of the idiosyncratic and imaginative director Saskia Boddeke, the film reveals the great talent of the troupe, composed mainly of professional actors with intellectual disabilities. In this feature-length film, Boddeke employs every possible cinematic means to make the sharp contrast between fiction and reality palpable in a light-hearted way, without ever becoming sentimental. Inside My Heart is touching, funny, scary and deeply human. A real favorite!
