Joe Chang is an animation producer, director and animator as well an artist and a professor of animation. His working in animation for over 30 years, and several films have achieved official selections and awards by internationally recognized festivals such as Annecy International Animation Film Festival, Short Film Corner at Cannes Court Metrage, Festival de Cannes and KIDS FIRST! International Children Film Festival.
