Roosenberg
Ingel Vaikla
Roosenberg is a place, a space, a building, a film. Roosenberg is Amanda, Godelieve, Rosa, and trees. Roosenberg is a letter that relates an encounter with four elderly sisters in a splendid abbey in Belgium. The sisters’ shared daily life, their religious practice, and their final departure from the building illustrate the history of modernist architecture.
