Still Pina is a tribute to German choreographer and dancer Pina Bausch, as well as a nod to Chantal Akerman’s film, Un jour Pina a demandé (One day, Pina asked). This short movie presents in its own fashion a renowned scene taken from one of Pina Bausch’s choreographies, which integrates sign language, revealing the body’s voice through images and sounds.
