Edgar Soberon

Panamanian playwright, screenwriter, producer and film director, Edgar Soberon is also the Director of the International Human Rights Film Festival of Panama — Bannabá Fest. Professor at the Escuela de Arte Teatral de la Universidad de Panamá; EICTV, Universidad Veritas de Costa Rica. Film critic published in San Juan, Panama, London, Bogotá, Mexico, Havana, and Madrid. Since 1993 he has been president of the Centro de Imagen y Sonido de Panamá. His latest film Panama Radio premiered in 2019 at the Panama International Film Festival.
