Alain Fleischer
Born in Paris, 1944. Writer, film director, artist and photographer. As a request from the French Ministry of Culture, Alain Fleischer created Le Fresnoy, National Studio of Contemporary Arts, and nowadays he is its director since 1997. He is the author of more than 50 literary books and 350 films. He usually shows all over the world his works of art and photography. Awarded by the Academy of France in Rome. Honorary Doctor of the Quebec University in Montréal. Honorary Doctor of Arts of the European Humanities University in Vilnius.
