Seated in a bus after a long day, a mother drifts away in her existential thoughts. Directed by Rwandan filmmaker Ganza Moise, Sensory Overload is an audiovisual piece that explores how our imagination can be an escape from our different realities by blurring time, space, and form.

Moise Ganza
Ganza Moise is a published picturebook author, poet, and independent filmmaker based in Kigali, Rwanda. He is also the co-founder of Kiruri MFN, an independent production company based in Kigali, Rwanda. His films have been screened in various film festivals worldwide. He recently premiered his latest film Muzunga in the 2022 edition of the Oberhausen international short film festival.
