Le FIFA and the CDPQ commit to three years of free screenings across Québec
The International Festival of Films on Art (Le FIFA) is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with the CDPQ for a further three years. This renewed collaboration will enable Le FIFA to continue and expand its tour of free screenings across Québec, consolidating our shared commitment to cultural accessibility.
In 2023, the CDPQ and Le FIFA launched a pilot initiative aimed at making art films accessible to all audiences and in all regions of Québec. On the strength of the success of this first edition, the CDPQ reaffirms its trust by renewing its partnership, which will allow this tour to take place every fall until 2026, reinforcing our mission of cultural distribution across the province.
With the inspiring slogan Le FIFA près de chez vous (Le FIFA Near You), this impactful initiative will bring together film enthusiasts and art lovers from all regions of Quebec. The tour, which will begin this fall, will present an exciting selection of art films, offering a special opportunity to discover and appreciate artistic creativity in all its forms, free of charge.
