À ciel ouvert, portrait d’un pavillon à Venise
Katerine Giguère
Since 1958, the Canadian Pavilion at the Biennale in Venice has exhibited countless works by Canadian artists such as Jean Paul Riopelle, Geoffrey Farmer, David Altmedi, BGL, and ISUMA. The building itself is a work of art and this documentary, filmed during restoration work in 2018, shows us the vision of the Italian architects who imagined it and the importance of the pavilion for Canadian artists. An intimate portrait of the restored pavilion and its gardens.
