On January 21, 2025, David Lynch passed away, leaving behind a fascinating and enigmatic body of work. A creator of absolute rigor and freedom, he explored the deviant depths of the human soul, constructing his films as puzzles to be unraveled, blurring the lines between dream and reality.
From Eraserhead, his first cult film, to Twin Peaks, which revolutionized the world of television, to Mulholland Drive, regarded as one of the greatest films of the 21st century, Lynch took us beyond the mirror to explore the strange undercurrents of the American dream.
In this documentary, Stéphane Ghez revisits the life and work of the director, questioning his unique creative process and uncovering the hidden meaning of his relentlessly coherent filmography.
