Directed by the director duo Pierre Barbier and Camille Chatelain, this western-musical takes you on a breathless chase between two bands of cyclists vying for the possession of a wonderful territory. With 10 characters on 10 bikes, La Bande à Tyrex offers us an explosion of synchronized movements and acrobatic stunts, celebrating the singularity of each predator within the gang.

Camille Chatelain
Camille Chatelain joined the National School of Circus Arts in Chatellerault in 2005. She then entered the ENACR, and the CNAC, which she completed in 2013. She works as a performer for many companies, and in 2013 she creates the Cie L’Indécente. In 2015, she co-wrote her first piece with Méonard Kahn: Captive. In 2021, she also created a circus and live music piece: No rest For Lady Dragon. She is part of the acrobatic bicycle collective La Bande à Tyrex. At the same time, she produces music with the group All Mice for 5 years, and begins in 2017 the musical composition for short films.

Pierre Barbier

Pierre Barbier étudie d’abord la photographie à l’atelier Magenta à Lyon sous l’œil de Dominique Sudre. Sa formation de photographe et tireur argentique prépare son œil pour le cadrage, la lumière et le mouvement. Au cours des années qui suivent, il continue de se former en autodidacte, monte avec trois associés son agence de création audiovisuelle dans laquelle il se fait la main en tant que cadreur et chef opérateur. Depuis 2017, il met en lumière et en image plusieurs courts métrages de fiction. Il réalise plusieurs teasers pour des spectacles de cirque et s’associe avec Camille Chatelain avec qui il en co-réalise deux.
