Selected for the 27th Busan International Film Festival and the 33rd Singapore International Film Festival, Baby Queen provides a poignant perspective on Asian queer realities through the life of drag queen Opera Tang. A film that authentically addresses the themes of family and romantic challenges, the quest for self-acceptance, and the complexity of identities in an intolerant society.
In presence of the director Yuan Bin Lei on March 17, 2024 at Concordia University — J.A. de Sève in Montréal
