Le FIFA celebrates dance in Paris
Le FIFA will be presenting a special dance program at the Centre culturel canadien de Paris, on October 10.
The program features three cinematic works that defy convention and offer an intimate and daring look at the art of movement. In The Mirror of Others, Montreal filmmaker Kristen Brown explores the collective apprenticeship guided by artist Charlie Prince. Lila by Anne Castelain and Alejandro Jiménez brings to life the identity issues of a choreographer at the crossroads of several worlds. Finally, Dans mes yeux by Philippe Meunier takes an intimate look at the encounter between atypical and neurotypical artists, and the bonds they forge through dance.
