Partita For 8 Voices is an immersive visual and sound experience that plunges the spectator at the heart of the musical piece of the same name, composed by Pulitzer Prize winner Caroline Shaw. Using cutting-edge immersion technologies, this unique cinematic experience places the audience at the centre of the eight singers of the group Roomful of Teeth. The visual universe is inspired by the Wall Drawings series by Sol Lewitt.

Michel DT Lam
Michel D.T. Lam studied film at the Université du Québec à Montréal and INIS — the Institut national de l’image et du son. His first two short films, Plus ou moins trente and Sur le quai de la gare, won numerous prizes. He then directed the critically acclaimed documentary …and music, produced by the NFB. In 2014, he ventured into multimedia with Harmonielehre, an innovative immersive film, featuring Kent Nagano and the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. Writer, director and producer in fiction, documentary and multimedia, he collaborates with multiple producing companies and broadcasters: DBcom Media, Esperamos, Halo Création, NFB, CBC, Télé-Québec, Discovery World, TFO, Knowledge Network, Planète+, Curiosity Stream, etc. He also heads international documentarie series. (Le Théâtre des opérations, Waterfront Cities of the World, The Island Diaries, The Life-Sized City).
