Trailer
Edward Hopper, associated with the realist painting movement, is one of the most influential artistic figures of the 20th century. Johannes Vermeer, known as the Sphinx of Delft, is recognized as the grand master of the Golden Age. A very contemporary perspective that was strikingly felt during the lockdown…

Production
Annie Dautane
After taking part in the launch of Canal Plus’ Ciné-plus channels as Artistic Director, Annie Dautane developed Chipie & Clyde, the very first French series to be produced in 3D. Deeply involved in the artistic world, in 2001 she founded the studio La Maison, a renowned visual creation space and a veritable incubator of talent. With this structure, she defined an original editorial line, leading to ambitious projects both in France and abroad, which have won numerous awards (Emmy Award for Dreamkeeper, directed by Steve Baron…).
As an art director with a love of art and design, she designed a space in Paris’s Haut Marais district, a workspace & gallery blending industrial-style architecture with the great names in contemporary design. In 2012, she founded the production company Calm to develop projects with strong visual content, welcome artists into their world and carry out her own projects. She produces music videos and visual set designs for shows and concerts. In 2019, she is producing and directing a series of documentaries on painting called “Connexions” for France Télévisions, which has won numerous awards at festivals in France and abroad.
