SOMA
Arturo Bandinelli
This film will be presented during the event La Nuit de la danse on March 21, 2024 at Théâtre Outremont.
SOMA is an experimental film exploring a contemporary myth about the genesis of the human body. The piece unfolds in two parallel dimensions: an infinite black hole where entities exist outside of linear space and time, and a labyrinthine house where a strange gathering takes place. As the free-associative and dreamlike narrative unfolds, various characters undergo visceral experiences of pleasure, enchantment, pain, and death.
