Trailer
An intriguing journey into the eventful life and creative transformation of the celebrated contemporary artist Not Vital, who was born in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. Long the “well-known unknown” in his country, his work is highlighted in this film essay. The director, Pascal Hofmann, retraces the driving force behind a restless globetrotter through the themes in his work, his childhood dreams, and the influences of his favourite places to visit, including Beijing, Patagonia, Niger, Sent (the village of his birth), and New York.
