Antonis Maros
Antonis Maros is a visual artist and filmmaker based between London and Athens, Greece. A graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts, the Veaki Drama School, and Panteion University, he continued his studies as a scholar of the NEON Organisation at the Royal College of Art. Maros delves into themes of identity, confinement, and social exclusion by blending performance art and moving image. His work has been showcased in the UK, Sweden, and France, with solo exhibitions at the Tsitsanis Museum and the Museum of Democracy in Greece. Notable contributions include his involvement in major events like the Athens and Epidaurus Festival of Greece and the 69th Cannes Film Festival, where he served both as a screenwriter and performer.
